Hi, I’m Nitish — a passionate and results-driven corporate trainer with over 12 years of experience in the BPO industry and 5+ years specializing in training and development at Teleperformance, one of the world’s leading customer experience providers.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working across various roles in the BPO sector — from frontline operations to training and leadership — which has given me a deep understanding of how to connect with teams, elevate performance, and drive meaningful growth.

Transitioning into training, I discovered my passion: helping others learn, grow, and succeed.
